You want a book that earns its place.

Let’s give your book a job in your business.

You have put years into becoming good at what you do. I want your book to give the right buyer a clear reason to choose you—and a useful way to take the next step.

An expert using a book to teach a practical idea to an attentive group.

Start with the business decision

You may already have a book. You may be carrying a proven method that still lives in your head. Either way, I would start with the same question: what should happen when the right person reads it?

A qualified conversation? A speaking invitation? A client choosing your training? Pick the outcome. Then we can build the book and platform around it rather than buy a pile of content and hope it turns into business.

Your book reaches a relevant reader, who can choose a conversation or continued learning
The reader chooses whether to continue. The book still needs to be useful on its own.

Give your idea a life beyond the cover

Bringing a book into the world is like giving birth to a baby: it asks for your time, your money, and more of your emotional attention than a project spreadsheet shows. I want you to plan for its life after arrival.

In practical terms, that means a defined reader, a clear idea, and a path from the book into your business. A finished manuscript is an asset. The relationships it helps you build are what can give that asset continuing value.

An author sharing ideas in a media conversation.

One message. Connected assets.

I help organize the message around a Big Idea, a Story that shows it working, Nuts & Bolts the reader can apply, and Hope that makes progress feel possible.

That structure can support your book, useful public teaching, and the paid program someone may choose next. Reverse opt-in gives a reader useful value before asking them to choose ongoing contact. It lets the relationship earn attention before asking for a larger commitment.

For the existing-book and author-writing routes, we outline and write the accompanying paid program. For the studio route, the filmed videos become paid training. The route follows how you want to create; your business goal does not force you onto camera.

Big Idea, Story, Nuts & Bolts, and Hope
An idea to understand. A story to recognize. A step to use. A reason to continue.

Let’s choose the work that serves your business.

I want to understand the business outcome before I recommend a book route. If you already have an audience, offers and content, Custom Platform Building starts with Uncovery so that we can examine what is working and what needs to connect. If you want the coordinated book, website, follow-up and paid teaching program, explore Platform in a Box.

See the investment and choose the right route

Existing book: $43,000. Start with the book you have and include outlining and writing the accompanying paid program.

Write your book without filming: $53,000. Keep the writing in your hands, with the platform plan and accompanying paid-program outline and writing.

Outline and record in the studio: $68,000. Use recorded teaching to create the book and paid training. The proposal's 64 videos, 64 audio pieces, and 64 blog posts apply to this studio route.

All three include the reverse opt-in program. Timing, your time commitment, reviews, payments, and final deliverables belong in the written proposal. A studio week is recording, not the entire project.

Judge the mechanism and the evidence

You should be able to understand how this works without taking my enthusiasm on faith. Read the process, examine the named case studies, and see the track record in context.

A bestseller result can support credibility. It does not prove that your platform will generate revenue or that your book will reach a list. Publishing, distribution, PR, and paid bestseller campaigns are separate scopes.

If you already have an agency or internal team, tell me what they do. The proposal should identify responsibilities and handoffs rather than assume we replace them or that every integration is included.

Use this before you spend

Write one sentence for each: who needs your book, what they should understand after reading, and what useful action they can take next. Then list the audience and content you already have.

If those answers do not connect, solve that before investing in more production. If they do, send me the book's stage, your desired business outcome, and the biggest constraint—time, budget, or execution.

The link takes you to the application, where you can include those details for our team to review. I want the conversation to establish fit before you commit.
