What you provide

The application asks for your contact details, preferred contact method, service or book starting point, goals, audience, existing platform, timing, readiness and separate marketing and public-relations budgets. It also keeps the starting goal you selected while exploring the website. Your own written answers remain the main description of what you want to accomplish.

How the application is used

Your answers are saved in our website’s application database so authorized team members can review your starting point, assess fit and respond. A team email notification includes the application reference, selected service and a link to the protected review area. The receipt sent to your email confirms that the application was saved; it does not accept an engagement or a purchase.

The application uses session and security cookies to maintain form state and protect submissions. It also uses a protected representation of the network address to limit repeated submissions. The website is hosted on Linode, and application email is delivered through our Google Workspace setup.

Optional marketing updates

The marketing-updates checkbox is separate from the application acknowledgement. You can apply without selecting it. The application records your choice for the team.

Questions about your information

To ask about access, correction, removal or how long an application record is kept, email hello@promoteaplatform.com. Please include your application reference if you have one. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in the application.
