Build from the book you already have.

You have already brought your book into the world. I want to help you give it a life beyond the cover: a clear reader, a useful next step, and a paid program built around the teaching.

$43,000 program investment. Every offer includes reverse opt-in and a paid program.

Different ways to create. One connected platform.

Your creation route changes how we develop the book and accompanying teaching.

An author defines the reader, shapes the book through one of three creation routes, develops teaching, and connects the book, website and program.

The steps

  1. Define the reader

Start with the person you want to help and what they need from your ideas.

  2. Shape the book

Build from your existing book, your manuscript, or outlined studio teaching.

  3. Build the teaching

For existing and author-written books, we outline and write the paid program. Studio recordings supply the studio route’s paid training.

  4. Connect the pieces

Bring your author website, reverse opt-in and paid program together, then review how readers engage.

Deliverables, responsibilities, reviews, timing and costs are set out in your written proposal and agreement.

The explanation

All three Platform in a Box routes begin with your reader and the useful change your ideas can help them make. The difference is how the book comes to life. You may already have it. You may want to write it yourself without filming. Or you may want to outline and record your teaching in the studio. For the existing-book and author-written routes, we outline and write the accompanying paid program. In the studio route, the recordings provide the paid training. Your website and reverse opt-in connect those pieces. We agree on the scope, your contribution and the review points in writing.

What this route makes possible.

Start with your existing book.

We build from the work you have already created.

A paid program.

We outline and write the paid program.

A reader’s next step.

Reverse opt-in helps first, then invites the reader to choose continued contact.

Your book is here. What should it do next?

You may have a published book or a completed manuscript. I would start by reading what you have and asking who it helps, what that person needs next, and how the book connects to your business or mission.

You have already invested time, money and part of yourself. Your book is your baby. I want the next investment to support its growth, with a purpose you can explain before we produce more material.

A book, a platform, and a useful next invitation.

I want your book to begin a relationship with the person it can help. Your author website gives that relationship a home. The follow-up journey connects the teaching to a next step that makes sense for that reader.

Every offer includes a reverse opt-in program: give the reader useful value, then invite them to choose continued contact. The campaign should explain what they receive, what they agree to, and how they can decline. I want the invitation to earn trust.

What I need from you.

Bring the current book or manuscript, any reader feedback, your existing audience and content, and the outcome you want the platform to support. Tell me what your team already handles.

You provide the expertise, examples and decisions that make the teaching yours. We outline and write the accompanying paid program; you review it for accuracy and fit. Agree on those responsibilities and approval points before work begins.

What this offer includes.

The $43,000 offer starts with your existing book or manuscript. We develop your audience and message strategy, build your author website and follow-up journey, and outline and write the paid program that accompanies your book.

Reverse opt-in is included. The book introduces the teaching; the paid program gives an interested reader a relevant way to work with it more deeply. We need to agree on the program format, lessons, delivery and review process in your proposal.

This route does not require studio filming or writing a new book from scratch. If your manuscript needs substantial redevelopment, bring that up at the beginning so we can establish the right scope.

What should you confirm before you commit?

I put the deliverables, payment amounts and due dates in your written proposal and agreement before work begins. You own the project work we create for you under that agreement. I also want the handoff to identify the files, website access and any third-party licenses you need to use it.

You bring your expertise and make the decisions that keep the work true to your message. We agree on your review and approval points, the revisions included and the production schedule in writing. Additional work beyond that scope needs its own written agreement on the work and its cost.

The Platform in a Box proposal includes twelve months of website hosting and security. Before you commit, I want you to see what happens after those twelve months, which ongoing services you choose and any separate software, travel or production costs. Your written scope should make those costs visible.

Publishing, retail distribution, PR and paid bestseller campaigns need their own agreed scope. The historical cases show past work; they do not promise your ranking, book sales or revenue. I would rather answer your scope question now than leave you to discover a missing piece halfway through.

Let’s put the work and the decisions in order.

First, we examine your starting material, reader and purpose. Next, we agree on the book structure and the paid program that follows it. Production then follows the creation route you choose. Your website and follow-up journey connect those pieces.

Before you commit, I want the written proposal to identify your responsibilities and ours, review and approval points, the schedule, payment terms, rights, and any outside costs. Your time matters. A useful plan makes the work visible rather than treating your availability as unlimited.

Will this make the book useful in my business?

I would identify the next business decision your reader should be able to make, then build the paid program around the work that follows the book. Tell me whether that means training, a client conversation or another relevant service. We can inspect the connection before you invest; producing a platform alone does not prove a return.

Will you respect the message I have already written?

I want to understand what must remain true to your book before we adapt its teaching. Bring the passages and stories that matter most to you. We should agree on review and approval, and make the invitation to paid learning clear enough that your reader can choose it freely.

What is being reused, and what are you creating?

Your existing book is the starting material. We develop the message and audience strategy, author website and follow-up journey, and outline and write the accompanying paid program. Ask us to document any book revisions, technology handoffs, hosting terms and ongoing services separately in the written deliverable list.

Can I move forward without starting the book again?

Start by sending the book or describing its current stage, plus one sentence about who it helps. I can begin with the material you have. If the message needs redevelopment, we should identify that early rather than promise an instant launch.

Bring me the question you need answered.

Tell me your book’s stage, the person it should help, the purpose of the paid program and your biggest constraint. If you need a scope answer before deciding, ask it directly.

The next step opens the conversation page with this offer selected. From there you can complete the application and include your questions for our team to review. I want to establish fit before you commit.
