Write your book. Let’s build around it.

You want to put the words on the page yourself. I respect that. I want to help you build a platform around the book you write, while we outline and write the paid program that goes with it.

$53,000 program investment. Every offer includes reverse opt-in and a paid program.

Different ways to create. One connected platform.

Your creation route changes how we develop the book and accompanying teaching.

An author defines the reader, shapes the book through one of three creation routes, develops teaching, and connects the book, website and program.

The steps

  1. Define the reader

Start with the person you want to help and what they need from your ideas.

  2. Shape the book

Build from your existing book, your manuscript, or outlined studio teaching.

  3. Build the teaching

For existing and author-written books, we outline and write the paid program. Studio recordings supply the studio route’s paid training.

  4. Connect the pieces

Bring your author website, reverse opt-in and paid program together, then review how readers engage.

Deliverables, responsibilities, reviews, timing and costs are set out in your written proposal and agreement.

The explanation

All three Platform in a Box routes begin with your reader and the useful change your ideas can help them make. The difference is how the book comes to life. You may already have it. You may want to write it yourself without filming. Or you may want to outline and record your teaching in the studio. For the existing-book and author-written routes, we outline and write the accompanying paid program. In the studio route, the recordings provide the paid training. Your website and reverse opt-in connect those pieces. We agree on the scope, your contribution and the review points in writing.

What this route makes possible.

You write your book.

Your book-writing route does not depend on filming.

A paid program.

We outline and write the paid program.

A reader’s next step.

Reverse opt-in helps first, then invites the reader to choose continued contact.

You want the writing to be yours.

Perhaps the book has been living in your head for years. Perhaps you have a draft and need a clearer way forward. I would begin with the reader, the change you want to help them make, and the structure that can carry your voice.

Giving birth to this book asks for protected time, money and emotional attention. I want you to understand the work and choose a way to write that fits your life. You do not need to agree to filming to build a platform.

A book, a platform, and a useful next invitation.

I want your book to begin a relationship with the person it can help. Your author website gives that relationship a home. The follow-up journey connects the teaching to a next step that makes sense for that reader.

Every offer includes a reverse opt-in program: give the reader useful value, then invite them to choose continued contact. The campaign should explain what they receive, what they agree to, and how they can decline. I want the invitation to earn trust.

What I need from you.

Bring your idea or draft, one reader you want to help, the teaching you return to most often, and the time you can actually protect for writing. A realistic writing schedule is more useful than an ambitious date you cannot sustain.

You develop the book manuscript and supply the expertise and stories. We outline and write the paid program alongside the platform work. You review the teaching and approve the message. Agree on writing milestones, editorial responsibilities and review rounds in your proposal.

What this offer includes.

The $53,000 offer is for the book you author through writing, without studio filming. We shape your message and content direction, build your author website and follow-up journey, and outline and write the accompanying paid program.

Reverse opt-in is included. We connect useful public teaching, your book and the invitation to continue learning. The paid program is its own teaching plan; it should help the reader apply the ideas rather than simply repeat the chapters.

You write the book manuscript. We write the accompanying paid program. The proposal should specify the book outlining, coaching, editing and review support you need; do not assume a complete ghostwritten manuscript or the studio content quantities belong to this route.

What should you confirm before you commit?

I put the deliverables, payment amounts and due dates in your written proposal and agreement before work begins. You own the project work we create for you under that agreement. I also want the handoff to identify the files, website access and any third-party licenses you need to use it.

You bring your expertise and make the decisions that keep the work true to your message. We agree on your review and approval points, the revisions included and the production schedule in writing. Additional work beyond that scope needs its own written agreement on the work and its cost.

The Platform in a Box proposal includes twelve months of website hosting and security. Before you commit, I want you to see what happens after those twelve months, which ongoing services you choose and any separate software, travel or production costs. Your written scope should make those costs visible.

Publishing, retail distribution, PR and paid bestseller campaigns need their own agreed scope. The historical cases show past work; they do not promise your ranking, book sales or revenue. I would rather answer your scope question now than leave you to discover a missing piece halfway through.

Let’s put the work and the decisions in order.

First, we examine your starting material, reader and purpose. Next, we agree on the book structure and the paid program that follows it. Production then follows the creation route you choose. Your website and follow-up journey connect those pieces.

Before you commit, I want the written proposal to identify your responsibilities and ours, review and approval points, the schedule, payment terms, rights, and any outside costs. Your time matters. A useful plan makes the work visible rather than treating your availability as unlimited.

How does writing fit the business I am running?

I would define the job of the book before the writing schedule. Your time on the manuscript should support a useful teaching asset, and the paid program should serve the reader who needs more sustained help. Bring your business goal and your available writing time so we can judge whether this route fits both.

Will the book still sound like me?

You write the manuscript. I want the structure to carry your meaning, not replace it. We should agree on the editorial help and review process you want, and protect the stories that make the teaching human. We outline and write the accompanying paid program with your expertise and approval.

Who writes what, and what must I schedule?

You write the book; we outline and write the paid program. The offer does not include studio filming. Before committing, ask for the book-support scope, manuscript milestones, editorial rounds, website delivery and paid-program approval points. We need to make the handoffs and time commitments explicit.

What can I do before tackling the whole manuscript?

Name one reader and one situation your teaching helps them handle. Then outline the idea, story, useful actions and hope for that situation. Bring those notes or your current draft to the conversation. We can establish the next writing step without pretending the whole book can be finished at once.

An author reviewing his chapter and editor feedback.
An instructional designer and author reviewing the written lessons accompanying his manuscript.

Bring me the question you need answered.

Tell me your book’s stage, the person it should help, the purpose of the paid program and your biggest constraint. If you need a scope answer before deciding, ask it directly.

The next step opens the conversation page with this offer selected. From there you can complete the application and include your questions for our team to review. I want to establish fit before you commit.
